Last year, a client has asked me about the fate of Pakistan in coming years. This was a casual question and coming from an Indian client usually I would have given it very less importance keeping in mind the anti-Pakistan sentiments in India.
But, when I took a look at the horoscope of Pakistan if forced me to go deeper in this question. Both India and Pakistan are going through Ketu antardasha in Venus Mahadasha. This is a very disturbing and disastrous period for both. While Ketu is placed in seventh house of India's natal chart, it is in eighth house of Pakistan's natal chart. Eighth house denotes srtifes, losses, injuries, prolonged diseases, accidents and death. Ketu is in transit today in the fourth house of Pakistan which also puts Rahu in its tenth house of governance.
In 1971-72 too when Pakistan was divided and Bangladesh was born, Ketu was in transit in Pakistan's fourth house. This year too, similar divisions and partitions may take place. Looking at the increasing strength of Taliban and Al-Quaida and the control over Swat Valley in Pakistan by Taliban, the division has already begun. The political leadership is divided and the security forces are also bending towards the Taliban.
In October 2009, Mars join Ketu in Pakistan's fourth house. This is a very dangerous and highly explosive combination which brings out the worst behaviour and actions expected from man. We all can imagine what the worst can be after 9-11.
